Returns & Store Credit

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return window:

• Within 7 days of delivery — eligible for a full refund
• Within 14 days of delivery — eligible for store credit

A $10.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Conditions for return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All Trébor Style and designer tags must be attached and intact — items returned without tags will not be accepted
• Original designer packaging, authenticity cards, jewelry bags, and/or boxes must be included where provided
• Items that are damaged, soiled, stained, or altered will not be accepted

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
